1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

Domestic: All 48 Continental U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

2. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $79.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your order through the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Customs processing for international orders

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll look to correct the issue.

7. Return to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
